Product Exchange

You can exchange products at any of our retail stores within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused.
  • All tags are intact.
  • The packaging is in its original condition.
  • The original invoice is provided.

Please note that products purchased during sales and special deals are not eligible for exchange. We will only exchange or refund items if:

  • A defective product was delivered.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

For online orders, please contact our customer service center by sending images of the defective/wrong product to info@homechoiceelectronics.com or call us at +923332878370 within 2 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, we will arrange for an exchange.

For products bought in-store, please visit the same branch within 2 days for an exchange or return.

Refunds

We maintain a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be provided in exceptional cases, such as when a product is out of stock. In such cases:

  • You will receive credit for the cost of the item(s) and any applicable taxes.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Please allow 7 days for the return to be processed, and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed. Once the product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

HomeChoice Electronics reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • The item is out of stock.
  • Pricing errors.
  • Credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
